Able to drive new cars at 0% as Citizen - Divey - 12-26-2016
Hi, I spawned my car in today and started driving it around as a citizen when I realised that I was driving it at 0% HP. I know Police Officer's are able to but as a Citizen I shouldn't. I'm not sure whether this is just with my Dodge Charger or all the new cars.

Ok after 3 times getting in and out the car and driving it to test if it is still bugged I did /engine off and then /engine on and then it wouldn't let me drive it anymore.

Should be fixed after next crash.
