They clearly did numpad abuse, RDM, and basing as Gun dealer.

You let me in your base, why whould you let me in if you where just going to kill me anyway?
I was telling him that he could not base as a gundealer because that was what an admin told you.
You RDMed me after I told you that you could not base as a gundealer, also when he then said leave I went to my car and got shot at.
