The only one to make a clear judgement on this will be Elder, which is why we will have to wait for his opinion on this.
What I can say in advance is that your ban length seems quiet long for a random molotov and disconnecting afterwards.

yes he was afk i can confirm that. and i then the another gun dealr have Radom molotowed
