Job AFK Update - PhantomSolaris - 11-28-2016
Title of Suggestion: Removal or updating of this new auto-demote AFK update.
Description: I'd like either a complete removal or an edit to the auto-demote script which makes it recognise speech and text as activity instead of ignoring it.
Why: I was the President and had been for quite a while. My rules were set and fair and someone wanted a meeting with me. So I met with the man in a restaurant set up outside the nexus and sat down to discuss business. We RP'ed, eating and drinking and handing documents back and forth. Then to my horror, I get demoted for being "AFK". I instantly presume it's staff as this as I didn't know of the update and complained OOC to which I was told that it was the update that did it. Due to this, I lost my position, the roleplay was completely ruined and I ended up rage quitting and typing this out. This seriously NEEDS to get fixed as some roleplays require sitting down in one place for a while such as the one I was doing.

I'm sure this is a small price to pay for all the AFK presidents (who just want the money) there are.

Again, I was in an RP situation which meant I was required to be seated. I don't expect to have to stand up and sit back down every 3 minutes just to avoid a shitty new AFK checker that doesn't even classify talking as activity.

This guy is saying that with the update Sitting down(not moving ) is considered "afk" according to the script which runs to check if you are "afk" and will kick you if you don't move for five minutes regardless if you are typing. I think this is more of a bug that needs to be fixed that the clock for being kicked resets if you type something in chat so in that regard i give this a + support.
