Summary: I saw him jumping on an unconscious player so I started to record, he was also promoteing another community on the server with Branman. I don't know if this is directly against rules or whether they were serious or not but I was told it was so I updated my ban request to this.

Vero banned for 1 day and blacklisted from fireman.
