The fact that his computer is beeing monitored is the biggest load of shit I've ever heard, plus he threatened to blackmail (classed as a threat) you so surely he can be arrested as well for "malicious communications" under the Malicious communications act of 1988. And on top of that, the Malicious Communications Act says nothing about shutting down a computer permanently as this would be kinda impossible. He can 'shut you off' in a manner of DDOS'ing you resulting in your computer being unable to connect the internet due to the high volume of packets. However, this doesn't literally shut you off it just mean's you cannot use the internet. This methodology will result in a nice cost at his expense as DDOS'ing people isn't cheap if you want it done right. In regard to actually shutting down your computer he would literally have to hack you and install a RAT into your computer. This can't be done through knowing your IP address alone and would require you to fuck up in order for him to actually get the RAT onto your computer. Keep in mind this is also very illegal as is DDOS'ing. There are a few other methods which are long-winded to write down but I wouldn't be too worried by his empty threats. |
