[b]Why we should unban you: Well i have been banned for fearrp. But i have been playing on FL for a long time and i know the rules pretty good. The Rule has always been: Follow fearrp when under gunpoint/melee weapon range. If shots are fired fearrp doesnt count anymore. I have always obeyed this rule and NEVER had any admin/mod or any other staff memeber said anything about it. I used it alot of times. And now out of the sudden they changed the rule where it doesnt count anymore. Even hitman didnt know that this rule was changed. Alot of people use this rule and no one says something about it.[/b]

Just because shots are fired, does not mean FearRP is off. I've been telling you this, and you just refuse to accept it.

You had no knowledge as to whether or not your member was still alive, the fact you even blasted into the elevator with the assumption that your member was dead is FailRP.
