Summary: Clearly broke FearRP, I told him with an m3 to get out my car, he got out but only to open the keypad then got back in, completely ignoring me until I opened fire.
He also cannot use the excuse he had no sound because as seen in the recording he's using the voice radio, therefor a direct violation of FearRP.
