Summary: I was robbing him (nobody was around only 3 players were online) he answered: "i dont care if you kill me im not gonna give you money" So i killed him. Then he changed job to Police Sergeant and came back i killed him because this was Metagiming. After that he came back again i holstered my weapon and this happened (video down below)
