No, I have no other evidence of him shooting in the park. But is it not FailRP by having a gun out in public, because I am pretty sure the Park is a public place.

It could've simply been he equipped it at the time.
Logs provide no evidence to back up he's killed anyone at that time, and damagelogs are expired by now.
