I downloaded the stuff im suposed to in downloads and stuff im just missing one thing the water texture please help me please help its like invinsible.

If I'm right, the water texture is from the Half Life 2 Episode 1 and 2.
If you didn't download this yet, download it and extract the .zip and move the folder to your C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons folder.
