Can't join server - MUTZILA - 09-07-2016
I can't join the v4b1 server.
While loading in it just got stuck at Downloading CityRP Content Pack 4/4, waited for 15 minutes then hit Cancel.
Tried to join again, now everytime it gets stuck at Loading CityRP Boats.
How can I fix this?

Have you tried downloading it manually?
Try downloading it manually via Steam - Click Here

If the above solutions don't work then I suggest waiting it out, I've had this issue before and it will load you in eventually.

And if that doesn't work, try to verify the game cache in steam:
Steam Library > Right click on the game and select properties. (In this case, the game is Garrys' Mod) > A New window should pop up, press 'Local files' > Right click on the game and select properties. > Let it do it's job!
If the tutorial isn't 100% correct, I am sorry. Just saying from what I remember it being..
