Why we should unban you: Because i learned out of my things what i have do it was wrong and i know it, also are now 2 years ago are the ban . and I realized what I have done wrong in doing so sorry.

Double accounting is a pretty obvious rule here. You should've known better.
Just because a year or two have passed, it is still a permanent ban. It's called permanent for a reason.
