I believe that sometimes they do this as the license plates are not part of the vehicle model?? Honestly i am unsure.
My best suggestion would be to leave and join back into the server or restart gmod.

I've left, rejoined, restarted, deleted all my mods other than fearless maps, verified my cache. Still not fixed :/

Honestly, i aren't too sure. I don't really have another solution that i can think of right now.
I will try look into it as best as i can and try get back to you.

A useful suggestion i've heard is to delete all non-fearless related addons. It can sometimes clash and bug out.

More than likely you have two different models colliding with each other.
As Ghost said delete any non fearless addons or put fearless addons in a folder named "FL addons" that way it will differentiate between the two.
