Summary: Fail rp as Hitman and rdm. This player rdmed me in the Nexus lobby for no valid rp reason and later said in OOC he did it because he was a "Hitman". I was not a dictator at this time and I made no Laws that would severely affect anyone for the worse.

Player has been banned and blacklisted ingame for this already, you left the server the second I went to deal with the problem. Player has been found guilty of Powergaming and killing the President as Citizen.
