Hello there. The server has been restarted and should work again now is now working again.
Thank you but this isn't a bug. In the future, something like this would be better suited to the help and support section and when posting bug reports, use the template provided.

The propspammer has been permanently banned. The server has been restarted and is running smoothly again.
