Summary:
Cowyy : Spawning prop in Presidential floor during raid to earn time. (He didn't take permission to spawn prop in Nexus from President and there was just one keypad.) = Requesting blacklist from Tools.
He was "bad citizen" and changed it to Criminal. (Changing job in RP situation) = FailRP
Also at first point he used gun as "citizen" = FailRP. / Requesting double punishment because he did FailRP twice.
Raiding President for money. (Not valid reason to raid.) = Requesting ban or Blacklist from weapons because of Random Raid.
