So you're saying that when I break the rules, let's say i RDM someone, and I'll say "it was an accident" I won't get punished for it?
Also when it was "wrong chat" why did you typed in OOC TWICE?
In other words, saying it was "Wrong chat" is not an excuse that you broke a rule, you even got around 1300 Hours.
