Not sure why is not allowed when you can clearly see the person above my trailer. Also not sure what generation said to me since of his french-english language.

Before posting an unblacklist request, there is some rules when making one.
4. Do not write an unblacklist request if you know you broke the rules.
Now, regarding the case, you broke the rules and I punished you.

The rule is simple, do not make extra seats to transport people.
However permission from an administrator can be given if it's for a well done RP, so next time you have to atleast ask if you'd be allowed to.
