Blacklist already expired and I'm sure that you were aware that the Blacklist was all legit.
The reason you've stated on "Reason why you should be unblacklisted" is little bit short and it doesn't seem to me that you understand the Blacklist, therefor the Blacklist should remain in my opinion.
