There was a guy with like 43 hours called something like shwabbelkuchen(look in list from screenshot) that was a mechanic and he did this to two smart cars. This was one of them. He removed the wheels by modifying it and changing wheels to the last option I think.

There was no mechanic on at the time. You had it like this for quite some time and drove around with it.
