Reason, Constantly running over unconcious body
I would like to say sorry for when i have done i shouldnt have done it but at the time it was funny being told by a police man that was ban seconds after me that he was going to kill me. I have been trying to RP for real all day without doing anything stupid. I know i have been ban before but like i said im sorry and i have really been trying my best to RP today.
I forgot to mention i was my friend and i was joking around with him if you want you can ask him in game his name is Adam Milburn

The fact the unconcious body was your friend, is irrelevant to the situation at hand.
