Reason, Constantly running over unconcious body
I would like to say sorry for when i have done i shouldnt have done it but at the time it was funny being told by a police man that was ban seconds after me that he was going to kill me. I have been trying to RP for real all day without doing anything stupid. I know i have been ban before but like i said im sorry and i have really been trying my best to RP today

Doesn't excuse the blatant rulebreakage.
If you ran over the body once, sure. However you kept running over his body to the point where it would kill him.
Don't make an unban request if you know you broke the rules.
