People do not take their bans easily, and want to play more. Sadly, they do not make UBR. Instead, they go on and make a new account.

While it is good evidence, that does not excuse double accounting. Nothing can justify it.

A small ban (Most likely is a reasonable punishment) isn't worth getting a perm over.
