Summary: Drove past pool and saw rebel, i mugged him, as i was doing so i hear contra go off. We raided, as we raided they destroyed the contra. They where basing and had contra in the pool. While raiding, they spawned barrels to block themselves from us.

Have you got any actual proof that there was contraband? The screenshots provided just show some keypads and fences. You have 24 hours to provide more evidence.
