Do you have any evidence to suggest that these PMs were meant as OOC messages, Nj?
I'd like to hear the accused user's side of the story before I make a ruling, therefore the accused user has 24 hours to reply to this PR, otherwise a ruling will be made without his/her side of the story being given.
