Summary:
I was chasing down the Ford Raptor to give the guy in it multiple tickets for breaking the speed limit inside and outside EvoCity and driving on the left side of the road. That was my main goal. Suddently some other guys joined in and I got ran over, but didn't die.
The guy we focus on is the Gun Dealer who appears out of nowhere to just stab me while I was laying down defenceless, drive away, and ruining potentially good RP.
I consider that as RDM.
