Well I was walking around as a police commander the first time. I walked too slums when I saw two doors that were bought. I said "hello" and they just started shooting me. I then killed one and went into their home. I saw that there were multiple keypads and took pictures.

I went back too the place with [FL:RP] Bluescattle after about 5-10mins(NLR). When I came back they had propblocked a big section off the slums.
