I wouldn't say that it is a bug. I am assuming that, the contraband in that room is yours. This is because you knew exactly where it was, and I don't think anyone is that intellectually challenged to place their contraband next to a door.

(Probably all of them as they are basically the same.) I do not recall anywhere on v2d being called Little Village, correct me if I'm wrong. Haven't played v2d in ages.

Well.. my friend and I were contrafarming and we've found out that you can see contrabands etc. through a little area of the doorframe.
We've only try'd it at this 3 Doors (v4b1 Little Village)
First house:

Edit: I think it's for every door. Maybe something with the hitbox of the doors:

It doesn't seem to be just contraband it seems to be any consumable entities and, this probably won't be able to be fixed as it would require the removal of all tooltips I believe

I found the exact same issue this evening at Connectivity warehouse at the far end back room.
The door and the doorframe are the exact same as in little village.
