Hello Fearless,
You can't issue Blue or Green Cards as a Secretary Guy Pls Fix that bug. It was 2 Weeks until it starts to Bug.
Pls Fix it.

You can still do it in the Tab menu by right-clicking a name.
I think you are speaking about the /pass command, and yea. That does not work.

It does, the example is just wrong. It's another order you have to type.
