Summary: Playing as a BMD, when suddenly this 600+ SRU came to me and asked if he may shoot me and handcuff me, where I said repetedly no to it, then propspamming in the middle of the road, propblocking doors, random warrant, Random deaths, and going after people with no RP reason, powergaming, etc.
After it I turned into a Rebel as RP, but got attacked by him as a rebel with a knife, so I defended myself as Rebel with crowbar, and then demoted me from it and chanced himself again in a SRU., and started to come after me without a RP reason and keeps following me.
