Well, hello guys!
Before 2weeks i used a script called Lenny's Script to troll on gmod DarkRP servers.When i removed the script and joined FL, some cars like Ford Raptort, Ford Transit Audi Ferrari were look seemed like this:

Graphics settings. Look at the archive first.. Set graphics to high and restart gmod.

Ensure you set your model settings to high. Try uninstalling the script / mod then set your models to high and if nothing works try to verify your game cache.
To set your models to high, press Escape > Options > Video > Advanced > Models > High > Apply.
