Summary: I was preparing a revolution together with a couple other people. Suddenly, a guy knocks on our door. We let him in and he then runs through the apartment to our bathroom. Then Ishaqsantana comes in and starts shooting one of the people I was working with (I believe his name was JensXD). The guy had, as far as I know, no reason AT ALL to kill him considering he'd been with us for some time and told us to call an admin.
Ishaqsantana then demands $500 which I give him and he then leaves.

I've looked through the logs and he has indeed killed 3 people within the short period of time. The screenshot shows he is unarmed which shows it is RDM.

The user will be punished accordingly.
