Summary: there is a taxi guy was reckless driving so i tried to stop him after i point a gun on him but he escaped after that i saw him again so i stop (that time there was no laws) and i told him to stop and get out from the car and got out i was talking with him about why he escapes and why he reckless drivied but two chefs let the taxi guy to escape from me and they had got a molotov and they was telling me that i can't ask him for paying the fin or arrest him cuz there was no laws .
