Build a dupe, advertise it and play
There's not any form of cards ingame, but I've seen a guy make a poker RP where he used cards IRL and pmed the cards to the players
He also did blackjack with cards irl

Maybe getting together somewhere, dumping the money on the table and hosting it via 3rd party website.
Or rather a mobile app, to keep the immersion up. And then send a link to everyone for that game.
Was thinking something along the lines of that.
