I had to live with this shit for three years until I got a new PC, you cant see the eyes, sprays or flashlights either.

Makes the paramedic job impossible; you can't see any ragdolls, including injured people. Even if someone shows you where the body is, you still can't heal them.

I believe there is a option in the Context Menu already.
C -> Graphics -> 'Minecraftify' ( You get the idea, pixelation, and they got the right name too... )
