Is it still happening right now? Forums crashed like 20 mins ago so i'm guessing that's why that's there maybe the server needs to be restarted to remove it if its still there.

This happens when the client is not able to load the website, in example when the website is down.
A simple rejoin will fix it, if you feel it's that important
