Summary:
They have been arresting someone at the docks area, I do realise that. When ordered by a policeman to back off, I back off. Then suddenly, shots were fired against him, without being a threat to him?
EDIT: That someone was Random Gamer, he was fishing and appearently it's illegal.

They also tried to arrest me because ''Fishing is ilegal'' when no laws were against it (You can see my on the docs from Pears POV, my picture is a while after..)
