Welcome to the Market Page of Brikaas's Building Program!
I'll explain what kind of page this will be and what you can do within this page.
Brikaas's Building Program
The general Idea of this page will be that you can request anything you'd like from bases to RP buildings.
These will be customly made within a few days and all for a fair price.
How do I request my own building?
This is going to me simple, you can find a format down below wich you are required to fill in.
Post that down below and you´ve requested a custom build wich will be made.
What are my goals
The goal of building something custom for anyone possible is to finish the building within two days so It wouldn´t take the owner waiting for ages and other people. Keep in mind that I´ll be building these stuff myself and it might take you a while before its your turn.

how much does a 40 prop dupe cost also it is going to be sold/put on public dupe

I think all dupes are going to cost between 10 to 20k
And the dupe is only going to be sold to you if you've requested one.

Okay...because I suck at building, I figured I would request something that I have been trying to build for ages now and keep failing at it.

I want you to build: Older-Style house at Grassy Field on V4B1
Maxium props: 50
With or without details: If you could furnish the house as well, and make a nice little garden outside in front of the house, that would be greatly appreciated.
