Summary:
Everything is shown on the video. Joined in, saw a suspicious guy driving the smart car, noticed he was aiming for the VP, cdm, abusing drag body tool.
EDIT: Now, thing is... I might add some more evidence against this person. I've been observing him for past 15 min, been minging quite a bit.
EDIT2: Added two more people since they are all working together. Too hard to make seperate PRs.

Some things he has done:
CDM, minge with props, minging in general, reconnect to avoid arrest (around 4-5 times), breaking fearrp, randomly demoting me from police sergeant (because I arrested him and his friends), etc. It just doesn't stop.

Regardless of more evidence there is another player report on this person with sufficient evidence.
Player will receive a 2 day ban and a few blacklists issued.
Do you however have any evidence of the claims you've made regarding the 2 people working alongside him?
