Well me and another rebel were hostaging a fireman and he wouldent pay 2k and he wouldent give it to us so he ran away and we shot him because he ran and tried to drive away.

So you were hostaging a Fireman in the Nexus, which is a public area and seems like totally random to me.
In my opinion you broke 2 rules 1. You FailRPed 2. You were hostaging in a public area without even having a proper reason.
I actually would rather like to give you a ban than to ban the fireman.

That's not correct. If a RP leader gives you orders which would break the OOC rules you don't have to obey them as you would do FailRP. Doing it anyway is banable for you as well as for the Rebel Leader.
