Summary: A cop was stood on the sidewalk, then Haazey open fired for what appears to be no reason. He didnt want to tell why, which is fair enough. The cop didn't retaliate at all to the gunshots, and instead just took it.
Haazey took a few shots, the cop didn't react, but continued to shoot over a full magazine until he was dead. Again, the cop didn't retaliate or shoot even once.

In OOC, Haazeys friend claimed that Haazey was protecting him from the police officer. Not sure if it was from an arrest or what, but the officer was pretty much defenseless.
