Title of Bug: Weird Shadows?
Description: I might just be me but, there seems to be random shadows which just pass over the city randomly. It might be client-side but I don't know.

Clouds? Maybe the mapper tried doing some sort of cloud system in the map.

As you may know, its a sun.
Ween the sun ia behind the buildings/Houses it will come shadows.
Becouse the sun is rotateing.

If you see from the GIF, the shadows are random and not created from a building. It will most likely be the clouds

Just atmos casting shadows of the tall buildings in evocity.
