I had the problem with these dog tags trying to figure them out but they are really easy to unlock. They are the flaming skull and etc dogtags. I seen only the words of act of valor so I thought you just do a bad ass thing in the game but it is a movie trailer you have to watch.

This is a sweet trailer for a probably great movie and a bonus of 5 extra dog tags in bf3.

PSS. I also hate that bf3 took away c4 from recon I loved to do kamakazis or car bombs. Then snipe survivors from a distance
