Why we should unban you: I was perm'd from ts but I was then unbanned by jan, somehow I got banned again for ToS, I was able to connect after Jan unbanned me then now I can't because I'm pem'd even though I was unbanned ???

Normal admins can not unban from teamspeak from what I am aware. Either an
Super-Admin, if not Soul has to do it.

the thing is, jan did unban me and i was able to join, but now im not and it says im banned again

You have been IP banned since 04/04-2016, Jan probably only removed the teamspeak user ban.
Your ban have been removed now, please try to connect.
