Summary: Well, I was responding to a "Corleones with guns, please help!" call and I asked nicely if the corleones could put down the guns and as expected they didn't so I decided to take them out as they were threatening citizens. I drove away and angling my car to provide cover and I was shooting and then Tranq'd me, All fair at this point, until GuetaZz decided to kill me and a paramedic while rag dolled. This conflicts with the rules as it is against the rules to kill a rag dolled player as it's pretty much impossible to defend yourself against it. It's all clear in the video.

Players are allowed to shoot bodies that have been tranquilised.
As for the RDM of the Paramedic, there is no sufficient evidence to show who killed him.
