Summary: So i was on Patrol when i saw GreeD speeding / reckless driving.
So i followed him into the City where i wanted to impund his car (he was already gone)
Then I called backup and no one arrived and when no one Arrived i Decided to Imound the car myself.
Then suddenly GreeD^ shot me with his Shotgun.
