Report: MonsterClown - Eclipze - 05-07-2016 Report: FailRP, RDM Player: MonsterClown SteamID: STEAM_0:0:42527628 Time: Around 16.05 GMT+1 Server: V33 Summary: So i was a Foot Patrol Officer and was patroling the mainstreet while i heard this man saying if you dont shut up im going to punch you in the face. So i walked up to the man that said the threat and i said "Hey hey, stop right now" Then i asked the man that got the threat if he feeled threatend by the mans speech. He said yes and i started walking to the other man. And suddenly he had picked up his tranq sniper which you also can see in the picture and he shot me.
