Why we should unban you: It was a Joke between me and lilif13 (STEAM_0:0:107037065) we're friends and we always do it to each other, she CDMs me and I CDM her, it's a Joke because she always says I can't drive, so we startet to CDM each other, it was ok for her !!

So you've admitted to CDM here just as you did in game. Also, this is in the wrong section. It was a blacklist.
I'll say here what I said to you in-game. Just because you are friends, doesn't mean you can just break rules. There are no exceptions to the rules just because you're friends. People may see and think that it's okay to do it to CDM and break rules with their friends, which would make my job harder.
