[FIXED] Texture Issue | Knife - Printable Version

[FIXED] Texture Issue | Knife - iixCarbonxZz - 04-22-2016

I am currently having a problem with the texture used on the CS:S knife. To my recollection when I played fearless back on my laptop it was fine. since migrating to my new PC around Christmas I have had an issue specifically with this texture.

This is how it looks now -

Would appreciate an explanation or even a solution to the predicament.

UPDATE

I have tried:

Removing an enhanced materials addon
Removing any addons I know feature knives
Remounting CS:S
Downloading CS:S textures from internet and installing in garrysmod/garrysmod/addons/...
Downloading the file for the knife again from a friend

Nothing has worked. I keep restarting gmod to make sure changes have been saved and picked up on then I go onto V33X to get a knife out and test.

any other Ideas than those listed here would be much appreciated.

FIXED

turns out that even though pretty much everything else was fine there was a small portion of content that I had forgot to download so i got it and it fixed the texture. Thanks for the replies anyway.
